Athens, GA - The Fall Rising Stars ID took place on November 8th as staff traveled to the campus of UGA. This event featured talent across the state of Georgia from the 2030-2031 classes and served as an indicator for the next wave of up and coming prospects.

Silas Baker, Sonoraville (GA), 2030 |
Positional Profile: 1B/LHP
Body: 5-9, 158 pounds.
Hit: LHH. Open stance with leg kick. Gets in good rhythm with his hands in the box with hitterish feel throughout swings. Gap-to-gap approach with consistent ability to square up baseballs deep into outfield pockets. Violent bat speed through the swing path.
Arm: INF - 73.00 mph. Good arm strength.
Defense: 1B - Fluid mover with understood instincts of the position; good actions both off and on the base and can pick it.

Cullen Boney, Tift County (GA), 2030 |
Positional Profile: 2B/3B
Body: 5-5, 140 pounds.
Hit: RHH. Slight open stance with subtle leg kick. Level hands up to contact creating very good bat speed. Consistent ability to do damage to all fields especially to pull-side. Impressive lower half strength that creates additional force into the baseball.
Arm: INF - 68.00 mph. Good arm strength.
Defense: INF - Athletic mover on the dirt with good actions; displays really good range to both sides with firm arm action in both pockets.

Cooper Hill, Jefferson (GA), 2030 |
Positional Profile: 2B/SS
Body: 5-7, 135 pounds.
Hit: RHH. Closed off stance with level hands. Calm approach up to contact. Gap-to-gap approach with ability to do damage when barrel gets in position out front.
Arm: INF - 73.00 mph. Good arm strength.
Defense: INF - Good mover on the dirt with good actions; displays good range to both sides while staying balanced.

Camden Jackson, Jefferson (GA), 2030 |
Positional Profile: 3B/OF
Body: 5-6, 132.5 pounds.
Hit: RHH. Open stance with leg kick. Calm hands that create intriguing speed through the zone. Upward swing with easy ability to create loud results especially to the pull-side.
Arm: RH. INF - 74.00 mph. Good arm strength.
Defense: INF - Good mover on the dirt with good actions; displays good range to both sides with firm arm action.

Bryan Johnson Jr., North Atlanta (GA), 2030 |
Positional Profile: OF/RHP
Body: 6-3, 185 pounds.
Hit: RHH. Open stance toe-tap load. Whippy hands through the zone creating violent bat speed. Slight upward swing path that creates easy loft to all fields. Stays connected impressively well throughout each swing for his age.
Arm: RH. OF - 74.00 mph. Good arm strength.
Defense: OF - Athletic actions with good arm speed; understood instincts of the position and gets the baseball out quick while keeping it on line.
