We would like to thank all who participated in The PBR New England 2022 Rising Stars ID: Swanson's Baseball. This was a great opportunity for 2025-2027 prospects to be put on college recruiting boards. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase. Below we have the complete statistical results from the event as well as the top performers across various different categories.

2022 Rising Stars ID: Swanson's Baseball - Quick Hits
The Players
- Jonathan Crowley, 2025- Showed well on both sides of the field, strong, durable frame. Quick powerful swing from the right-side, 85 exit velocity. Smooth actions, up to 78 across the diamond. Lived in the bottom part of the zone, up to 78 mph, with sink and run.
- Ryan Lavender, 2026- A left-handed pitcher, threw the baseball extremely well, fastball up to 78 mph, locating to the glove side with ease. Breaking ball thrown with velocity at 68 mph, harder late break.
- Sanjay Patel, 2025- A long and loose right-handed pitcher. Fastball up to 77 mph, with a high spin rate, look for the velocity to jump. Throws both secondary pitches for strikes. Frame has projection to it.
- Jack Swanson, 2027- A left-handed hitter, an advanced approach for a 2027. Can play all over the field, smooth actions. The swing is super clean, with pop. A big time follow.
- Zachary Ferrara, 2026- A left-handed hitter, smooth swing, line drive approach. Exit velocity of 77 mph, with a ton more in there.
- Blake Kapernaros, 2025- A right-handed hitter, flat, simple swing, shows good pop. Frame is solid, durable and above average strength for his age.
- Matteo Modifica, 2026- Showed clean, smooth actions in the infield, arm action is super smooth and clean.
