Gavin Franchetti C / OF / Gloucester Catholic, NJ / 2027Rankings StateRank: 38 / POS: 7
The 5-foot-11 and 210-pound catcher has a strong, physical frame with present strength in the lower half. The South Jersey product has flashed a high-level pop time of 1.89-2.05 and the arm strength 79 mph from behind the plate. Offensively, Franchetti produces loud contact as the plate with a max exit velocity of 98.1 mph and has reached a max distance of 334 feet. He hits with a moderate leg kick and produces quick bat speed with a compact swing.

Daniel Lipsky RHP / OF / Morris County School of Technology, NJ / 2027Rankings StateRank: 47 / POS: 15
A recent standout at the New Jersey Fall Top Prospect Games at Skylands Stadium. The 6-foot and 170-pound right-handed pitcher had an impressive 2 inning outing full of weak contact and swings and misses. His fastball was consistently 85-87 mph and topped 87.4 mph with a spin rate up to 2,500 rpm and peaked at 21 inches of induced vertical break. His curveball is 71-75 mph and is spun up to 2,500 spin rate as well. This right-hander has an innate ability to spin the baseball.

Eric McAllister 3B / RHP / Altoona Area, PA / 2027Rankings StateRank: 42 / POS: 5
The strong, physical corner infielder was a standout player at the Pennsylvania Summer Top Prospect Games. McAllister produced one of the event’s most well-rounded and impressive batting practice rounds. He has peaked at a 94.9 mph max exit velocity, an average exit velocity of 91.3 mph, and has peaked at a max distance of 364 feet. He has a repeatable swing with a calm, under control aggression with the ability to drive the ball to all fields.

Landon Eifler RHP / 3B / North Catholic High School, PA / 2027Rankings StateRank: 56 / POS: 18
This two-way prospect is already producing impressive metrics and has even more room for growth in his 6-foot-3 and 206-pounds. Offensively, the right-handed hitter has produced a max exit velocity of 102.3 mph, an average exit velocity of 91.3 mph, and a max distance of 356 feet. Eifler has also flashed electric bat speed up to 88 mph on our Blast Motion sensors. On the mound, he sits 83-86 mph and has topped at 86.3 mph with 20 inches of induced vertical break. His curveball is 69-72 mph and has a smaller movement profile with -6 IVB and -4 HM. This Western Pennsylvania prospect is a player to keep an eye on.

Nicholas Rinaldi SS / 2B / St Peters Boys High School, NY / 2027Rankings StateRank: 165 / POS: 22
Athletic actions defensively with a soft glove, clean transfers, and an 86 MPH arm across the diamond. At the plate, the compact swing repeats well and stays grounded in the lower half. Produces a 90 MPH max exit velocity with more power on the way.

Next-level athlete with strength and twitch throughout the actions. Posted a 6.76 in the 60-yard dash and shows real juice in the bat. Adds value with defensive versatility, projecting as a dynamic, impact-type player.
