With 2024 now in the past, Prep Baseball Ohio is eagerly anticipating bringing the Buckeye state the best high school coverage that can be found anywhere in 2025. 2025 Spring Team Preview: Seneca East Tigers

Team Name: Seneca East Tigers
Head Coach: Rick Bowerman
Division: VI
2024 Record: 16-14
2024 Tourney Finish: District Finals loss to South Central
Returning Starters/Pitchers: 6/2

Coach Outlook: "We lost 4 quality seniors from last years team in Caden Fritz (1st Team All-State Pitcher), Jake Bowerman (3 year starting catcher), Aiden Hines (3 year starter at SS), and Blake Foos (CF). We return 6 players who made starts on the varsity team last year, so we will rely on them to lead our team. We have no seniors on the team so it will be up to our juniors to take on leadership roles. We have good team speed but lack power bats, so we will need to be good at playing small ball and manufacturing runs."

  • Brady Bloom, RHP/1B, 2026, 6-2/150 lbs, R/R, top returning pitcher, gave up 3 hits and 0 er's in 1-0 lost in District Finals last year. Last Years Stats: 27.2 IP, 2-1, 13 BB, 25 K, 1.77 ERA
