Scouting Report
6.27.17: Bouma is 6-5 with a lanky frame, throws from a three-quarters arm slot. Long arm action, stabs down, free with normal effort. Shoulders slightly closed and level, lands square with an athletic finish. Fastball was 78-80 and has downward plane and a bit of run. Straight change-up was 70-72 with some armspeed. Curveball was 65-67 with hard 11/5 action.
