In early August, Prep Baseball Report VA/DC updated and expanded its Class of 2019 Rankings, going from about 30 players to 100 while also moving players that were ranked based on what we have seen at our events and on the road scouting all spring and summer. Now that the rankings have been released, we take a closer look at them in today's spotlight:

SCOUTING REPORT
5.26.17: Watts has an athletic frame, throws from a three-quarters arm slot, average arm speed and normal effort. Lands open with hips fired before footstrike. Fastball was 78-79, touching 80 with some plane and arm side run. Gradual 11/5 break on curveball, slowed arm a bit, 66-68.
