As the 2015 season comes to a close and players enter their offseason programs in preparation for the 2016 high school season, we at Prep Baseball Report Virginia/DC have taken some time to update and adjust our rankings for the Class of 2016. We have additions to the rankings as well as some players who had strong summers or falls and jumped up the board. The Virginia/DC Class of 2016 is one of the deepest and most talented of any state in the country. Here is a look at some of the biggest risers in the ranks.
