Overall Summary

Lake Stevens carries plenty of momentum heading into 2026 after nearly upsetting Puyallup deep into the 4A state tournament last season. Though they lose reigning league Player of the Year Aspen Alexander, look for INF/RHP Blake Moser to emerge as a POTY-type two-way talent. The shortstop hit over .370 in his sophomore season and was seen into the low 90's with an electric arsenal on the mound. The starting pitching returns players who ate innings last spring, headlined by Charles Long-Scott and high upside lefty Manny Mclaurin. Senior and Colorado School of Mines commit Seth Danielson is a dynamic outfielder, while junior Cayden DeElena has the ability to be a difference maker in the middle of the lineup as well. The Vikings schedule is littered with tough matchups, headlined by games with Jackson, Snohomish, and Edmonds-Woodway. Prep Baseball expects Lake Stevens to make a push in the 4A state tournament once again this spring.
