As we begin the fall showcase season, Prep Baseball Washington features an Uncommitted Spotlight, where we highlight standout performers that attended a Prep Baseball ID event this year. Uncommitted spotlights are meant to showcase players that Prep Baseball Scouts felt showed standout tools, large improvements in overall game, or potential upside moving forward. College coaches and recruiters should be sure to keep an eye on these prospects in the coming months.

This week, we spotlight '26 RHP/OF Jake Cuda. The senior out of Gig Harbor High School was last seen at the PNW Summer Review event in Ridgefield this August.

A 5'11 prospect with some present strength, Cuda's event was highlighted by exit velocities into the mid-90's and a FB into the mid-80's on the mound. Below is a complete breakdown of the player, including scouting reports and video from the event.
