This event is by invite-only. Please choose the option below to proceed:

This one-of-a-kind event will feature the best uncommitted Class of 2027 prospects from our 40-plus state coverage area and Canada. The Future Games will take place from Wednesday, July 23 through Saturday, July 26 at LakePoint Sports in Emerson, Ga.

LakePoint’s elite baseball facilities include eight Major League-sized fields, which are surfaced entirely with synthetic turf provided by GeoSurfaces Turf. This high-tech playing surface has been designed to accurately mimic the bounce of the ball off of real dirt and grass, and will allow fields to be playable immediately after rain.

The Prep Baseball Future Games is the premier summer scouting event for Class of 2027 prospects. Last year's event saw more than 425 college coaches in attendance from across the entire country, and that was the most the Future Games has ever hosted.

Players will also receive maximum visibility from college coaches all over the country, in addition to being promoted through the Prep Baseball multimedia platforms.

Each state's team will play three games. On Wednesday, the first day of the event, all position players will be put through a showcase workout in which they will run 60s, take batting practice and be evaluated defensively at their primary position.

Players participating in the Prep Baseball Future Games will receive the Prep Baseball Tech Package which includes TrackMan hitting and pitching metrics, Blast Motion swing metrics, Vizual Edge vision testing analysis, as well as athletic measurements collected by our new partners at VALD Performance.

Prep Baseball and Mizuno are partnered to provide players quality products at our youth and high school-aged events across the country – and the Future Games will be no different. Players will be given Mizuno baseball gear to wear during the four-day event.

ROSTERS

Prep Baseball state directors across the country used Preseason ID showcases over the winter to begin developing a list of players to consider inviting to participate at the 2025 Future Games. Each state will be using the spring's high school season and the early summer's events like the Top Prospect Games to further fill out the roster that will represent his state at LakePoint in late July. Rosters will update on this page as the season rolls on and we get closer to the 2025 Future Games.

+ Expand to learn more

Each prospect's recruiting process starts and ends with the Player Profile, and our showcases revolve around building up that profile, maximizing its content and reach. For first-time attendees, a new player profile will be created, hosting all of your information, videos, head shot, metrics and more, making it one of the most important tools in a prospect's recruiting process.

Repeat showcase performances will continue to update your player profile, creating a history of prospect progress and ensuring the most up-to-date information is easily accessible throughout the fast-paced scouting community. These profiles are also searchable by a range of data points and metrics through our advanced search engine, making it a one-stop shop for recruiters and scouts.

Body Composition

Players' body composition will be officially measured using state-of-the-art, medical-grade technology that will provide precise insights into height, weight, skeletal muscle mass, BMI and more. Players will step on scales using bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), a method for measuring body composition, including muscle mass, body fat, and total body water.

Our scales will then produce several metrics giving insight into the prospect’s body composition. Height will be measured using a digital stadiometer to get precise height measurements.

Grip Strength

Hitters' grip strength will be tested using a digital hydraulic dynamometer. Grip strength is an essential component to bat strength and controlling the barrel. Hitters will be put through a max strength test on both hands, shedding light on hand strength and potential power and bat control down the road.
