Evan Dugdale OF / RHP / Meadow Ridge, BC / 2025

Dugdale is arguably the most versatile player in the Province, with the ability to impact the game in several different ways. Our first look of the weekend at the former Senior Future Gamer was on the mound, where Dugdale spun seven quality innings against the Okotoks Dawgs, allowing just one earned run. It’s a simple, repeatable delivery, working exclusively out of the stretch. Dugdale showcased four pitches for strikes and threw a first pitch strike to 68% of hitters faced in the outing. The fastball lived between 87 and 89 MPH with carry through the zone. Dugdale’s curveball appeared to be the putaway pitch with late downward movement at 74-76 MPH. The cutter and changeup complemented each other effectively at 80-82 and 76-78, respectively. Dugdale currently leads the league in multiple offensive categories, and Langley’s final game of the tournament proved to be no different with a 2/3 performance. Dugdale continues to trend in the right direction as the 2025 class gets closer to stepping on campus.

Garen Geoghegan 3B / RHP / Spectrum Secondary School, BC / 2025

This was our staff’s fourth look at Geoghegan on the mound this year, and he has been excellent each time. In a gutsy complete game performance against the Okotoks Dawgs, Garen went the distance, allowing just a single unearned run. The Whitman College bound right-hander struck out nine, scattering four hits and two walks. With four pitches for strikes at anytime, and a season ERA sitting at 0.24, Geoghegan seems primed to lead the Eagles on a playoff run.

London Dingwell C / 3B / Lambrick, BC / 2025

Dingwell put together another strong weekend offensively for the Blaze, highlighted by a monster solo home run in Friday night’s marquee matchup vs the Okotoks Dawgs. In the box Dingwell shows good extension through contact with a knack for elevating to the pullside. One of the more dangerous offensive producers around BC, Dingwell puts together consistent, mature at-bats. The senior right-handed hitter is currently hitting .333 with 10 extra base hits in 87 plate appearances for the Blaze this year and will be heading to Yakima Valley Community College this fall.

Jack Bello OF / RHP / McMath Secondary, BC / 2026

Bello has impressed in several looks over the past few months, both in an event setting and in-game. The 6-foot-2 right-hander put together a 2/3 performance in the box Friday morning. Bello consistently hits line drives to all fields with exit velocities recorded above 95 MPH by Trackman. The Whalley Chiefs two-way also jumped on the mound for two shutout innings in our look, where he sat 84-86 on the fastball with feel for a sweeping slider. Part of a talented core of 2-ways in the 2026 class, and currently sitting at #7 in the province. Bello is a player to check in on for West Coast schools this summer.

Connor Simpson C / Lambrick Park, BC / 2026

Simpson is one of the premier defensive catchers in BC’s 2026 class, and the Victoria Eagles product showed why last weekend in Langley. In 14 defensive innings in front of our staff, Simpson did not allow a passed ball while throwing out two baserunners. Simpson recorded poptimes of 1.90 and 1.92 on the two caught stealings. Simpson also contributed offensively with an RBI hit in the Eagles matchup vs the Blaze. The Eagles backstop is a player to watch from the Island this summer.

Ewan Tusa 3B / RHP / Vancouver College, BC / 2026

Tusa is another two-way in the class of 2026 who is having a very solid Junior campaign. In two games with our staff in attendance, Tusa went 2/5 with an RBI. It’s a loose left-handed stroke with whip through the zone. The Twins two-way uses the entire field and has performed well every time we have had eyes on him this season. While we did not get the opportunity to see him throw at the LBI, Tusa has also shown upside on the mound and is currently sporting a 1.22 ERA through 40 innings for the Twins.

Keifer Rabie-Jones RHP / OF / Royal Bay Secondary, BC / 2026

The Eagles pitched it well all weekend, and Rabie-Jones’s start was no different. Keifer put together a complete game performance on just 84 pitches, allowing only a single unearned run and three hits. Rabie-Jones showcased a smooth repeatable delivery from an undersized frame. While the raw stuff is still developing, Rabie-Jones shows advanced pitchability with a tendency to induce weak contact early in counts.

Ryunosuke Murase LHP / Langley Secondary school, BC / 2025

Murase had one of the more intriguing appearances of the weekend. The Blaze left-hander recorded two innings of work, striking out four. The fastball sat in the 85-88 MPH range with carry. Murase showed two high-spin breaking balls; the curveball was 72-74, while the slider was 75-78 with sharp movement. Murase induced some very uncomfortable swings and has the makings of an effective bullpen arm at the college level.
