RHP Michael Morse (Newman Central Catholic, 2027) is coming off a spring where he threw 33.2 innings and struck out 39, finishing with a 5-1 record. He stands in an intriguing 6-foot-1, 177-pound frame, and showed a quality ‘pen on Tuesday morning. He’s a loose and easy mover on the mound, displaying a fastball up to 85.3 mph (event best), but sitting mostly 80-84 mph. After the event, Sauder emerged as an uncommitted follow.
