Clark wraps up a productive and standout prep career hitting .500 while being relied on as a key run producer driving in 24 runs for the Falcons as they would clinch conference for the third straight season. The Wisconsin-La Crosse recruit has played a key role for Whitnall since his freshman year, making First Team All-Conference in each of his four seasons, impacting the baseball more as a senior while claiming a spot in the middle of the order.

Harvie finished off his prep career with a strong season, earning Southern Lakes Conference Player of the Year while leading Waterford to a share of the conference title. Harvie acted as one of the main run producers despite hitting leadoff, driving in 21 runs on 34 hits with 15 extra base hits. All while hitting .405 with a .536 on-base percentage and 1.227 OPS while walking 22 times to just seven strikeouts.

FIRST BASEMAN
|
Carter Gordon RHP / 1B / Germantown, WI / 2027
One of the only underclassman on the Second Team roster, Gordon was an integral part of a Germantown squad that was within our Power 25 all season long. Gordon has massive power potential at the plate, and that was on full display this season. Nineteen of the sophomore’s 33 hits went for extra bases, helping him plate 35 RBIs on the season. While he might even be more well-known for how imposing he can be on the mound, Gordon is also certainly one of the most feared right-handed sluggers in the state already.

Yaucher put together another strong year for Edgewood, hitting .415 with a .510 on-base percentage, the Penn State commit found himself on the basepaths more times than not. He only struck out five times all season long, Yaucher proved to be a tough out for opposing pitchers, and his 30 RBIs showed he did more than just be a table setter for the Crusaders, and closes out his high school career with a place on our Second Team, All-State roster, same as he did last year.

The Bryant & Stratton JC commit was Slinger’s offensive leader this season, leading the team in multiple categories including batting average (.413), doubles (13), and RBIs (28) – and his batting average, slugging, and RBI totals actually became all-time, single-season Slinger records. Wagner found himself on base more times than not this season, logging a .528 on-base percentage and being a problem for opposing pitchers all season long.

One of the toughest outs on this list, Zeller struck out only four times all season long. The Butler commit showed off the wheels this season with seven triples on the season, as well as stealing 15 bags on the year. He's been one of the top left-handed bats for the duration of his prep career and he wrapped up his time at IT on a high note.

Arguably putting together the strongest season at the plate on this list, Holland was a nightmare for opposing pitchers in Division 4. Hitting .475 on the season and he drove in 49 runs this spring, which most likely led the state – it was at the very least the most among the players submitted to us by WIAA coaches. His enormous offensive production powered Johnson Creek all the way to winning the D4 state title.

One of the best athletes on this list, and thus the state, Vande Hey put together an all-around incredible season en route to a placement on our Second Team list. The Iowa recruit was perfect from the outfield this season, logging a 1.000 fielding percentage. He was a four-year starter for Wrightstown, and three times he was named first team, all-conference. He finished his prep career with 114 career hits and his 36 RBIs this spring were the most in the program since 2002, aided by his 18 extra-base hits.

Hollenback was an absolute force at the plate this season. While two Ike players received spots on the First Team list, Hollenback has the kind of numbers that nearly made it three. The senior hit .455 on the season and was hard to keep off the basepaths, putting together a .545 on-base percentage. His high school career ended with him scoring the game-winning, walk-off run in the D2 state finals. He slugged five homers for the Lions this spring too, and he always hit in our looks.

Wettstein was simply one of the top performers in his district, playing for the reigning D1 state champs at the time. De Pere had a chore to replace a substantial amount of talent from its 2024 championship team, and Wettstein made sure the Redbirds stayed more than just competitive. He led the team in hits (41) and batting average (.532) this spring, adding nine extra-base hits and 21 RBIs, and he stole 20 bases too. Wettstein is committed to Minnesota-Duluth for football.

Glusick is one of two underclassmen to have made the Second Team list, and he earned authentic First Team consideration. His brother, Max, led SPE in many categories but it was Camden who trailed narrowly behind, like in average (.437), hits (38), extra-base hits (12), and he led the team with 38 RBIs. He's developing a reputation as one of the top bat-to-ball hitters in the state's 2027 class, and for good reason.

Shramek was nothing short of dominant this season for Blair-Taylor, putting up one of the strongest statistical seasons in the state. The Madison JC commit racked up a whopping 158 strikeouts on the season in just 68.2 innings, leading the state in punchouts by quite a large margin. Shramek also put up a 0.51 WHIP en route to a 0.51 ERA on the season, capping off a stellar senior season.

|
Peter Kussow RHP / Arrowhead, WI / 2025
The No. 1-ranked player in Wisconsin's 2025 class backed up his top-ranked status with another strong season on the bump. Part of an Arrowhead pitching staff that was arguably the best in the state, Kussow was the leader of the talented staff. The Louisville recruit held hitters at bay with one of the most lively pitch mixes in the Midwest, finishing the season with a 2.03 ERA (0.87 WHIP) and striking out 75 hitters in just 43 innings. His 16-K no-hitter against Kettle Moraine was one of the most dominant performances in program history, according to head coach Nick Brengosz.

|
Riley Lussmyer RHP / 2B / Badger, WI / 2025
Like Kussow, Lussmyer was a big part of a Badger pitching staff that saw them make the state finals. The Millikin commit was an absolute workhorse on the mound, throwing 78 innings, punching out 92 batters and only allowing 10 earned runs all season long for a strong Badger squad. To have an ERA south of 1.00 is impressive, but doing so in the amount of innings Lussmyer logged is another level of dominance. For the Badger record books, Lussmyer's 11 wins are the most ever in a single season, same for his innings pitched and Ks. This spring, he also became the all-time leader in wins (17) and saves (5). He was one of the most clutch players in the state in 2025 and we're eager to see how he keeps up that reputation at the next level.

|
Cole O'Brien RHP / D.C. Everest, WI / 2025
O’Brien was a big part of a D.C. Everest squad that won its first conference title since 2004, and he put together a 1.50 ERA in 60.1 innings while collecting 99 strikeouts in the process. O’Brien did an exceptional job at keeping men off the base paths, putting up a 0.81 WHIP on the season as well. Those 99 Ks are an Evergreens single-season record.
|
|
Ryan Buchta RHP / Oak Creek, WI / 2025
Buchta was a huge part of Oak Creek’s rotation this season, with the Winona State commit logging 66.1 innings season, pitching to the tune of a 1.27 ERA and collecting 92 strikeouts to go with it. The 6-foot-5 righty had many memorable moments this season, but not one moment was as big as his seven-inning, 13-strikeout perfect game that he threw against Bradford in May – that was the first-ever seven-inning perfect game in Oak Creek history. Entering the spring, it felt as if the Knights were in somewhat of a re-tooling season, and yet Buchta helped will this squad to yet another appearance at the D1 state tourney.

At the plate, Freund put together a .427 batting average, capping off a strong senior season on both sides of the ball. His 41 hits from this spring are the most in a single season ever for Beaver Dam, same goes for the 106 Ks he tallied.

The lone junior on this list, Moreau played a big role on both sides of the ball. The Central Florida commit’s power potential was on full display this season launching five home runs on the year. On the mound, Moreau logged 50-plus innings and put together a 1.80 ERA on the season for a team that was in the mix of our Power 25 all season long. Moreau is already the program's all-time leader in hits, runs, and stolen bases.

It is hard to find a player as dominant on both sides of the ball as Zickert this season. The UW-La Crosse recruit was an absolute force at the plate, hitting .472 on the season and logging a .532 on-base percentage, a big part of him swiping 17 bags and scoring 42 runs this season. On the mound, Zickert was equally as dominant, only allowing just four earned runs on the season in 47.2 innings, which was good for a 0.59 ERA.
