The 2025 season has come to an end. We turn our attention to some of the Top Performers of the 2025 High School Baseball Season. Yesterday, we unveiled our 2025 First and Second Team All-State. Tomorrow, we will reveal our 2025 Player of the Year. But today, we reveal our Newcomer of the Year, highlighting the Top Freshman Performer from the 2025 season.

Newcomer of the Year

2028 SS Caleb Hernandez (Doral Academy) wins the 2025 Newcomer of the Year. The freshman hit .450 this season for Doral with 36 hits, 10 extra-base hits, 27 RBI, and 27 runs scored. Hernandez found himself hitting in the 3-hole of a talented lineup down the stretch for the Firebirds.
