The No. 1 prospect in Pennsylvania’s 2017 class, C/RHP Shane Muntz (Malvern Prep, PA), has de-committed from Virginia Tech. The 6-foot-4, 240-pounder brings power to the right side of the plate as well as to the mound. He can pitch in the high 80s, reaching 91 mph with his fastball.
