Metamora vs. Ottawa

Uncommitted, currently ranked No. 31 in the state. A name that continues to impress our staff as he shined on Tuesday against Metamora. Athletic build with a strong frame that showed the ability to leg out extra bases. Swanson put together three impact at-bats while picking up three RBIs. Swanson started the game with a flyball over the centerfielder’s head onto the warning track for a two run triple. Swanson continued to show his power during his second at-bat, this time to his pull-side as he drilled a ball into left field for a double. Right-handed hitter, strong lower-half, open stance, short stride, compact swing with the ability to show power. On the mound, the fastball sat 82-84 mph.
