KEY STANDOUTS

+ Maddox Kelley | SS | 2027 | Solon

At his first event, Kelley made sure people left talking about him. A 6.90 runner with a 101.1 mph exit velocity and an 89 mph arm across the infield, the numbers jump off the page. But so does the way he moves. In the box, a smooth, athletic leg lift flows into an explosive swing with real backspin carry. In the field, he’s sure-handed and twitchy, reading hops and reacting with ease.

+ Daniel Wiebelhaus | RHP |2027 | Van Meter

Wiebelhaus looks the part the second he steps on the mound, and the stuff matches. Three pitches in the zone, each with above-average traits, delivered with a quick arm that lets the fastball jump on hitters. It’s not just velocity—it’s presence, command, and a feel for sequencing that stands out this early.
