Colorado Uncommitted Spotlight: 2026 First Basemen

Prep Baseball Colorado Staff

With the release of the latest update to our state rankings for the 2026 class, it’s a great time to take a closer look at some of the top remaining uncommitted prospects in the class. With plenty of talented players still available, our staff will dive in and highlight the top five uncommitted prospects from each position group. We’ll kick this series off by taking a look at the five top ranked uncommitted first basemen, with a short breakdown of each prospect.

Brayden Millikan 1B / LHP / Falcon, CO / 2026

Millikan is another Future Games alum and has the strength and frame to stick at first base at the next level. At the plate, Millikan has displayed some nice present power, with exit velocities in the upper 90s. He's solid defensively at first, with enough athleticism for the position and a decent arm, tossing it across the infield at 81 mph.

Bradley Mallette 1B / RHP / Rocky Mountain, CO / 2026

Mallette is another physical athlete and has a chance to do some damage as a two-way prospect in his senior year. At the plate, we've seen him produce EV's in the mid 90s, with a good feel for the barrel in BP. He has good arm strength as well, topping at 86.5 mph on the mound and getting it across the diamond at 81 mph.

Jackson Wier 1B / RHP / Fairview, CO / 2026

One of the better power bats in the class, Wier has all the requisite pop at the plate to stick in the middle of a lineup at the next level. When we last saw him about a year ago, the arm strength was already nice at 82 mph across the infield, and he has plenty of athleticism for the position.

Kian Kinslow 1B / 3B / Palisade, CO / 2026

Kinslow is about as strong as they come, and has the power metrics to go along with the raw strength. In BP, he averaged an impressive 95 mph exit velocity, while topping out at 101.6 mph.

Malaki Dalpra 1B / 3B / Eaton, CO / 2026

Dalpra is a high-potential prospect, with all the raw strength necessary to become a threat in the middle of a college lineup if he continues to refine his game. Presently, we've seen him put down impressive numbers in BP, headlined by a 102 mph exit velocity.
