As we conclude the summer showcase season, Prep Baseball Washington features an Uncommitted Spotlight, where we highlight standout performers that attended a Prep Baseball ID event this year. Uncommitted spotlights are meant to showcase players that Prep Baseball Scouts felt showed standout tools, large improvements in overall game, or potential upside moving forward. College coaches and recruiters should be sure to keep an eye on these prospects in the coming months.
This week, we spotlight '26 OF Tyson Blake. The senior out of Central Valley High School was seen at the Spokane Summer ID at Gonzaga University this June.
A plus athlete in a 6'0 frame, Blake's showcase was highlighted by a 6.74 second 60-yard dash time and exit velocities up to 96.5 MPH. Below is a complete breakdown of the player, including scouting reports and video from the event.
