Logan Allen from University Orange City High School and Bret Neilan from Timber Creek High School have been two of the best pitchers in the state this year. Both players had led their respective teams to the State Semifinal game and Allen faced off against Miami Palmetto while Neilan followed Allen and faced off against Jupiter.
