Fort Lauderdale, FL-- The preseason No.1 ranked team did not disappoint in the home opener of the 2017 season. On the mound for the Mavericks was Miami commit Daniel Federman. Federman went three innings in his senior debut striking out six of the nine batters he faced. Leading the way for a 12-1 victory in 6 innings over Martin County.
