CHICAGO – For the seventh consecutive year, the Under Armour All-America Game, which features 40 of the top high school players in the country, will take place at Wrigley Field on Saturday night. First pitch is scheduled for 6:05 p.m.

On Friday afternoon, set against the backdrop of the Chicago skyline at the University of Illinois-Chicago’s pristine Curtis Granderson Stadium, the Under Armour All-America position players put on an impressive show during the pro scout workout Friday afternoon.

OF Dazmon Cameron (Eagle’s Landing Christian HS, GA) and SS Brendan Rodgers (Lake Mary HS, FL) entered the event as the most heavily hyped position players, and neither of the right-handed hitters did anything to quiet their buzz. Both Cameron and Rodgers delivered two of the top rounds of BP of the day. Rodgers, a 6-foot, 195-pound Florida State recruit, put on arguably the top rounds of the day, as he displayed a balanced, easy swing which produced backspin line drives that kept carrying and carrying.

Overall, the offensive highlights clearly trumped the defensive portion of the event. Here are some other noteworthy performances from the workout:
