The 2017 high school season ended several weeks ago, the summer season is well underway, and yesterday saw the completion of the Major League Baseball Draft. Although not limited to, but consisting of several 2017 graduates, today we release the Prep Baseball Report Louisiana First Team All-State selections, which essentially puts the finishing touches on one of the best classes the state of Louisiana has seen in some time.
The PBR All-State team consists of one catcher, one first baseman, three infielders, three outfielders, and three pitchers. As well, the selections include the entire state of Louisiana, regardless of classification of the high school.
