New Orleans, LA - On Saturday Sepetember 20 & 21, 2025, the Prep Baseball Louisiana staff will travel to Tulane University, to host our annual State Games event.  Over the last five years, this event has become one of our marquee events each calendar year for uncommitted prospects.  We've already seen 44 total players commit to play at the next level from last year's State Games and that number will continue to grow.  Below, we breakdown everything you need to know about the 2025 Louisiana State Games.    

 

2025 STATE GAMES ROSTER & SCHEDULE

There's a handful of players headed to New Orleans this weekend who we've seen before and are excited to get an up-to-date look at, as well as a couple of new faces.  Check out the full 2025 Louisiana State Games schedule with a breakdown of the roster.

 

ITINERARY & SCHEDULE

-Date: Saturday & Sunday September 20-21, 2025

-Location: Tulane University

-Check-In Time (Position Players & Two-Way Players): 8:15 AM

-Check-In Time (Pitcher Only's): 1 hour before the start of your scheduled game to pitch.

Saturday September 20, 2025

-9:00-9:10 AM: Introduction

-9:10-9:30 AM: Stretching

-9:30-11:00 AM: 60's & Defense (Outfielders throwing home from RF, while INF's are running 60's in LF.  Catchers will throw down after outfielders are done with their defense.  Infielders will do their defensive portion of the day after catchers, while outfielders are running 60's.)

-11:00 AM-12:40 PM: Batting Practice

-Game 1 (Team 1 vs. Team 2): Start Time approximately 1:00 PM

-Game 2 (Team 3 vs. Team 4): Start Time approximately 3:30 PM

-Game 3 (Team 5 vs. Team 6): Start Time approximately 6:00 PM

Sunday September 21, 2025

-Game 4 (Team 1 vs. Team 3): Start Time 9:00 AM

-Game 5 (Team 2 vs. Team 5): Start Time 11:30 AM

-Game 6 (Team 4 vs. Team 6): Start Time 2:00 PM
