A redshirt sophomore, TeBrake is Creighton’s Friday night starter. The 6-foot-2, 215-pound right-hander fills up the strike zone with his four-pitch mix, headlined by his 90-94 mph fastball. TeBrake’s 79-82 mph slider is go-to putaway pitch, and he also shuffles in a low-80s changeup and a 75-77 mph curveball. TeBrake has gotten off to a solid start this season, going 2-0 in his first two starts with 13 punchouts to three walks in 10 innings. In high school, TeBrake was a finalist for Mr. Baseball in Minnesota.
