Earlier this week, PBR released the Overall 2024 Rankings for the first time.  While it may be very early to start to dial in on the 2024 class, PBR scouts have been working throughout the summer and fall season to begin to compile players from the Freshman Class.  PBR of North Carolina will not unveil their 1st look at the state rankings until we get closer to the spring, but the release of the Overall Rankings, does give us an early look at some NC players to follow.
