Scouting Report
6-foot-1, 180 pound right-handed hitting two-way player has solid tools across the board. Ranked #53 in the Nebraska 2018 class. Two sport athlete at Ralston High School playing football in the fall. At the plate, slight open stance, mid leg kick, loose hands gets the barrel through the zone. All field approach, finds the barrel well. Posted an exit velocity of 80 mph off a tee. In the infield, fundamentally sound, pick hops, works through the ball, tendency to funnel. Tops out in the low 80s across. On the mound, has thrown many of Ralston High Schools big games in the last three years. Heavy running and acting action on 80-83 mph fastball. Pie-arm action, Loose 11/5 shape on breaking ball. Split action on solid changeup with feel to both sides of the plate.
