Evaluation: 6-foot-6, 210-pound prospect with long, wiry frame. Looks the part with plenty of room to fill out. Moves well off the bag. Quick arm action with a position velocity of 83 mph. Will improve with quicken transfer/exchange. Left-handed hitter starts from a wide, balanced stance. Slightly open. Small stride. Simple upper half load. Hands get into good loaded position. Uphill path. Shows power in his swing. Consistently squared it up in batting practice and game play. Recorded top exit velocity of 88 mph off the tee. Projects more as a position player, but with size, he has potential on the mound. On the bump, he sat 80-82 mph with some sink through a high-3/4 arm slot. Shows average arm speed with short arm action. Uses a 71-72 mph breaking ball with 11/5 action. Changeup sat at 70-72 mph with some fade to it.
