PBR Notes: Stoner showcased his long, clean arm action while commanding a pair of breaking balls. Out of a high three-quarter slot, he pounded the bottom of the zone with a fastball that sat 88-90. Fastball and 83 mph changeup showed hard fading action while both breaking balls sat in the upper 70s. Curveball has 11/5 tilt at 79 mph while slider is more flat and touched 81. Plenty of room for development in his 6-foot, 170-pound frame. Arm action is quick and much of his velocity comes from solid leg drive.
