SoCal Player of the Week: Dylan O'Leary

2019 LHP/OF Dylan O’Leary of San Dimas HS has been named the Prep Baseball Report SoCal Player of the Week thanks to his outstanding performances at the plate and on the mound this past week.

San Dimas swept a two-game set against Baldwin Park by scores of 17-1 and 14-0 to run their overall record to 11-3 on the season. The uncommitted senior, who also starts at quarterback on the football team, played a big role in the Saints two-game sweep and their current eight game win streak.

In game one against Baldwin Park, O’Leary pitched six shutout innings allowing only three hits in helping lead the Saints to a 17-1 win. At the plate O’Leary for the week was 3-for-4 with 2 doubles, 2 runs scored, and 4 RBI. For the season, O’Leary is now 2-0 and has not allowed an earned run in 12 innings. At the plate he is hitting .556 with 9 RBI and 8 Runs scored.

For his efforts, O’Leary has been named the Prep Baseball Report SoCal Player of the Week for the week of March 18th-24th.
