ProCase - NorCal: Pitcher Analysis

On May 31st, the Prep Baseball California team hosted the NorCal ProCase at Cosumnes River College in Sacramento, Cal. This was an invite-only event for high school classes (2026-27), and gave our staff an ample look at the area's top prospects.

18 players made their way to Cosumnes River College and participated in a pro-style workout, gathering unrivaled access to data through our state-of-the-art tech partners, as well as in-depth scouting analysis from our Prep Baseball California staff.

Today, we will be looking at all of the pitcher reports, with a ranking from the event:

PITCHER REPORTS

1. Davis Wilson, Clovis North (CA), 2027
Positional Profile: RHP
Body: 6-2, 182-pounds.
Delivery: Very repeatable delivery with athleticism, moves well down the mound, gets on top of his pitches, lots of confidence.
Arm Action: RH. Over the top, but gets on you quick, works all quadrants.
FB: T92, 91-92 mph. Clean out of the hand, plays mostly straight. T2339, 2153 average rpm.
CB: 80-80 mph, Plays with depth out of the hand. T2377, 2194 average rpm.
SL: 84-87 mph. Short, horizontal action. T2323, 2167 average rpm.
CH: 82-82 mph. Plays with fade. T1024, T1024 average rpm.
