With the recent release of our Updated Class of 2022 State Rankings, our scouting staff took a deeper dive into the prospects in the 2022 class. By position, we will comb through the list, highlighting some of the top talent in each class, and today we continue with outfielders.

Leading the way for 2022 outfielders is No. 2 Harland Zeb Ruddell (Neville HS). The physical left-handed hitter is one of the premier bats in Louisiana’s 2022 class. No.5 Luke Yuhasz (Sam Houston HS) is another high end prospect in the 2022 class. A towering 6-foot-4 athletic build, the right-handed hitter has big time power potential.
