For the third consecutive game, Apex Friendship HS jumped out to a lead in the first inning and never looked back. Apex Friendship beat their third consecutive higher seeded team to win the SW Wake Tournament championship. Jentz Steiner continues to produce for the Patriots by going 3-3 with 3 rbi. JJ Vondette chipped in the 2-3, 1 run and 1 rbi. Pitching continued to lead the way for the Patriots as freshmen starting pitcher, Ty Komorner, threw four strong innings, no runs, 1 hit and 3 k's.
