PBR Scouts recently updated its Class of 2025 Rankings for North Carolina.  The list includes the top 60 players from the state, a modest increase after the fall season.  PBR Scouts will continue to be pounding the pavement across the state in the pre-season and the spring, working to identify players and update reports for college coaches and pro scouts.

Today we take a look at 3 players that made a move up in the 2025 Rankings list.  Each of these players performed well in front of PBR Scouts, improving their overall player grade, and moving up the rankings.
