PBR was out during the 2 weeks of Spring Break across the state of North Carolina.  As our scouts return home to update their files, we are publishing a series of Notebooks on what was seen when PBR was there.  Our NC Scouting Director, Brandon Hall, was able to see several games from the 2019 Jack Sink Tournament in the Charlotte area.
