The 2018 Overall Rankings have been updated and state directors have submitted a riser for the latest Hotlist.

Currently uncommitted, Alba climbed the charts this winter after a stellar outing at the Madison Preseason I.D. Showcase. Fresh off his basketball season, he showed a vastly improved curveball at 77-80 mph with sharp, tight action. On top of that, he topped out at 93 while sitting 89-90 throughout his pen.
