The last day of the current quiet period is Thursday, Sept. 12, so college coaches will be back on the road this weekend for the fall season. This week’s Hotlist highlights some uncommitted seniors who should be followed this fall.

Spencer Bartel, OF, Sun Prairie HS, WI
Bartel was the Cardinals’ offensive motor this spring and garnered First Team PBR All-State honors for his effort. He was just as effective over the summer for GRB Rays, as he handled the bat with authority, showed off the arm strength fit for right field, and run near-plus times in the 60. Per our most recent rankings update, Bartel climbed 30 spots to find a home inside Wisconsin's top 20. His physical build at 6 feet, 185 pounds plays well from the right side of the plate, where he shows his best tool. Which is saying a lot considering he runs a 6.75 60 and has shown an 87 mph arm from the outfield.
