Last week we released our final Maryland Class of 2019 rankings for the year. Below is a look at ten players that made the biggest jump in those rankings. All ten players moved up at least five spots beginning with our biggest riser and recent University of Houston commit, RHP Nathan Hardcastle from Red Lion Christian HS in Delaware. Hardcastle jumped up 25 spots to finish the year inside the Top 15 at number 13.
