Over ten teams from around the state of Mississippi converged to Stringer High School to participate in the annual week-long tournament during spring break. Today we will explore a few notable players we where able to catch in action from games on Tuesday.

Kemp Alderman, 3B, Newton County Academy, 2020
Mississippi recruit. Approximately 6-foot-2, 200-pounds with strong build throughout. Alderman did not get cheated out of his at-bats, putting hard, aggressive swings on balls in the zone. The right-handed is slightly squatted in the box with hands tight to body. Uses a simple rhythm in hands before taking a short stride forward and creating good seperation back with hands. Produced strong, loud contact to the pullside.
