PBR was on the road as Private Schools across the state opened their 2020 schedules on Thursday February 27^th.  Teams with high expectations and talent were on display as Forsyth Country Day travelled to Wesleyan Christian Academy and Charlotte Country Day hosted Hickory Grove Christian.

Medium build at 6-foot, 175 pounds.  Stable over the rubber with a simple turn and kick.  Short arm swing, loading the scapular, allowing the elbow to get slightly above the shoulder line.  Works to a ¾ slot.  Lands on-line and square.  Good rhythm and direction.  Average to above arm speed.  Attacked the down zone with the fastball and breaking ball.  Fastball at 78-80, spinning between 1800 – 1900 rpm.  Breaking ball at 68-69 with a sweepy 2/8 tilt.   More freeze than swing and miss on the breaker.
