2018 PBR OHSAA Final Four All-Tournament Team
*** MVP of the tournament is at the bottom.
The 2018 OHSAA State Tournament was a resounding success once again. All the folks behind the scene with the OHSAA do a great job every year in making the State Tournament one to remember. From all of us here at PBR we would like to thank all that are a part of the OHSAA. The State Tournament for Ohio is unlike any in the nation and you guys do a great job in making dreams come true for all the athletes.
We have the entire tournament covered. We have game stories, a scouting notebook, prospect videos, a video montage, the All-Tournament Team and much more.
In the past we had the "Top 22", but in 2018 we have expanded it as there were so many guys deserving of honors. Congrats to all who have made the team.

Report: 6-foot, 170-pound catcher was one of the few juniors in the senior-laden lineup for the Redskins. 7-hole hitter showed well at the plate and behind the dish.
Report: The 5-11second basemen batted in the 7-hole for the Division I state champion Patriots. Liberty pounded out 21 runs in the two games and Osmond was a key contributor in that while producing in the bottom of the lineup.
Report: The 5-9, 165-pounder was on base 6-of-10 at bats, scoring three runs while batting out of the 2-hole for the Division I champions.
Report: 5-7, 165-pound third baseman batted in the 3-hole for one of the best offenses in the state and produced big time at state, contributing in four runs while reaching base four times for the Division II runner-up.
Report: Smooth-swinging 5-11, 185-pound left-handed stick did what he has done all year, produce at the plate. The leadoff hitter had four hits at the plate while making one of the more impressive plays in center field with a nice running grab. Goodes is a prospect to watch as he progresses at VMI.
Report: The first of a trio of Patriots, the leadoff hitter set the table for the Division I state champions who scored 21 runs in two games down at Huntington Park.
Report: The 6-1, 160-pound 3-hole hitter scored three runs while driving in another as the Patriots won the Division I championship.
Report: 6-1, 180-pound cleanup hitting centerfielder got on base four times and scored four runs for a team that produced 21 runs and captured the Division I championship.
Report: 5-10, 165-pound leadoff hitter had one of the biggest hits of the tournament, producing the winning RBI against the top ranked team in Division I. Schneider helped the Generals to the best finish in school history with the runner-up trophy.
Report: An impressive 6-2, 165-pound left-handed swinging outfielder produced one of the biggest hits of the tournament for any player as the sophomore laced a single, scoring two and putting Chaminade Julienne on top for good in the Division II championship game.
Report: 5-11, 160-pound leadoff hitter set the table for the talented hitters behind him. The junior reached base five times and stole two bases while scoring two runs and helping lead his team to the Division II title.
Report: 5-8, 160-pound left-handed stick stung one over the center fielders head in the Division IV championship game which resulted in a 3-run triple as the Redskins captured the D-IV title.
Report: 5-8, 200-pound stocky outfielder got a hit in half of his at bats while helping lead his Raiders to the Division III title.
Report: 6-0, 175-pound soccer recruit produced at the plate, in the field and on the mound for the Division III champions. The two-hole hitter did his job getting on base or moving runners over in the two games at Huntington Park while also closing out the D-III championship game.
Report: 6-1, 170-pound southpaw pitched backwards in his outing, but was effective, getting the win in the semifinal. Milheim was able to swing it in the semifinal and went 2-3 with three RBIs.
Report: The 6-0, 180-pound DH, did just that, producing three hits and SEVEN RBIs in just two games. Outstanding job by the 5-hole hitter.
Report: 5-10, 165-pounder was shaky early on but was able to shut down one the #1 team in Division I, leading his Generals to the D-I State Championship Game.
Report: 6-4, 175-pound righty picked up the win in the Division I championship game, shutting down the Anthony Wayne offense using his tempo to his advantage.
Report: What can you say about the 6-foot righty, the junior just shut down the top offense in Division II to just one unearned run while going the distance. The righty sat 84-87 with the fastball and mixed in everything while leading his Eagles to the D-II state title.
Report: When you are an 8-hole hitter, most pitchers are looking forward to facing you... not in the the Olentangy Liberty lineup as the 6-1, 205-pound first baseman just mashed, as most of his team did, but producing out of the 8-hole is something special. How many 8-hole hitters have 5 hits and 5 RBIs in two games while facing two of the top teams in the state, not many.
