Ohio Insider: Washington Catches On With Padres
COLUMBUS – It was only fitting that Jalen Washington was catching bullpen at Ohio State's Bill Davis Stadium when he got the call he had been drafted.
The Twinsburg High School grad was taken as a catcher by San Diego in the 29th round of this year's Major League Baseball Draft.
