Seasons are underway for much the country so visits are a little more limited, but that doesn’t stop the recruiting game completely. Here are some highlights from the recruiting world…

+ 3B Kevonte Mitchell (Kennett HS, MO) committed to Southeast Missouri State this week. A senior, Mitchell is very raw, but he’s a good athlete with extremely fast hands at the plate and a strong arm. He is also garnering some interest for the draft.

+ Cincinnati’s Moeller HS churns out Division I players every year and the Crusaders will likely have another in 2015 RHP Joe Vranesic. He visited Cincinnati this week.
