Mat Szabo’s game has done a lot of evolving lately.
After the 17-year-old moved from the outfield to the mound – with a little bit of pitching experience previously but not much – last season with the Great Lake Canadians he started, moved to the bullpen, and then got back into the rotation again by the end of the year.
