Chapin  4 Carolina Forest  2

In this district championship game, these two teams battled to the very end.  A pitchers duel throughout the night with neither team being able to get this big hit with runners on base early on.  Pitchers for both Chapin and Carolina Forest did a great job of attacking hitters and being able to throw 3 pitches for strikes to keep them off balance.  Chapin ended up getting the big hit in the bottom of the 5th inning to take the lead for good, as they move on to the next round.
