Legion Collegiate would strike first getting 3 runs in the first. They would continue the scoring with runs 2 in the 2^nd and 3 in the 3^rd. Joey Hylinkski didn’t need much run support as he was able to keep the Andrew Jackson bats quiet most of the night.

Hylinski was strong in his performance on the mound. Flashed a slider that had late bite with tight spin. Threw a heavy fastball that he spotted on the open part of the plate, low in the zone.
