The left-hander threw 83.1 innings with 117 strikeouts and a 3.02 ERA, earning First Team All-Big Ten honors. He’s projected to go 63rd overall to the Phillies in our mock. |

Marcus Phillips RHP / Sioux Falls Roosevelt, SD / 2022At Tennessee, Marcus Phillips has been a force in his sophomore season. The right-hander posted 93 strikeouts in 83 innings with a 3.90 ERA. He features a fastball that sits in the upper 90s and touches triple digits, paired with a sharp slider in the upper 80s. We project him as the No. 39 overall pick to the Yankees.
