Midwest Premier Super 15 Tournament Preview
July 15, 2025
The stage is set for one of the premier events of the summer as top programs from across the Midwest descend on Kansas City for the annual Super 15 Championship, hosted by Prep Baseball Tournaments KC.
From July 17-21, elite 15U teams representing states like Missouri, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Illinois, Kansas, Iowa, Colorado, Texas, and more will compete for the coveted Super 15 title. With 114 teams expected and a five-game guarantee, the competition promises high-level baseball from start to finish.
This event mirrors the structure of the renowned Amateur Baseball Championships held at Grand Park in Westfield, Indiana—widely regarded as a must-see for college recruiters thanks to its exclusive, age-specific format. The Super 15 delivers the same one-stop-shop recruiting experience, with only top-tier programs competing in one age group, providing unmatched exposure for players and maximum efficiency for scouts.
Kansas City is uniquely equipped to host an event of this magnitude, with two of the finest baseball complexes in the region just 15 minutes apart. Creekside Baseball Park, located near KCI Airport, features six turf fields, on-site batting cages, turf bullpens with plyo-walls, covered dugouts, bleachers, and a full-service concession stand. For added convenience, a Holiday Inn Express is located on-site.
Just across town sits the Homefield Baseball Complex, boasting eight fully turfed fields, covered seating, batting cages, bullpens, and nearby access to the Legends shopping center, hotels, restaurants, and additional amenities. In addition, all eight fields at Homefield will be equipped with TrackMan technology, displaying live in-game data including pitch velocity, spin rate, exit velocity, and batted ball distance—providing valuable insights for players, coaches, and scouts in real time.
In short, nowhere else in the country will teams, families, and recruiters find this combination of elite competition, cutting-edge technology, high-end facilities, and logistical convenience.
