Kansas’ Class of 2016 is very strong with RHP Riley Pint (St. Thomas Aquinas HS, KS), LHP/1B Joey Wentz (Shawnee Mission East HS, KS), RHP Ryan Zeferjahn (Seaman HS, KS) and LHP Lucas Krull (Mill Valley HS, KS) at the top and committed to major Division I programs. That class is now even stronger. SS Nolan Williams (Turner HS, KS) will reclassify to move from the 2017 class to 2016. The switch-hitter has contacted major college programs to let them know. Williams has excellent speed, running the 60-yard dash in 6.61 seconds, and has very good bat speed from both sides of the plate. Scouts were already excited for the state’s draft outlook and this will only add to that.
