7/28/17 - Was hurt at the Tournament of Stars last month, and it showed. The 6-foot-3, 195-pound Ole Miss recruit seemed a lot more comfortable in the box on Friday. A loose-bodied quick-twitch athlete, Gray has a simple, relaxed approach, one that generates easy bat speed and has rhythm and balance throughout. Defensively, he also has a strong arm and moves with fluidity.

4/28/2017 - University of Mississippi recruit. 6-foot-3, 195-pound long, lean, athletic frame with wide shoulders. Outfielder, good routes to the ball with long strides. Long arm action working through ball athletically with quality arm strength. Right handed hitter, with subtle leg lift load and looseness in hands. Loose wrists with easy swing, solid bat speed with line-drive/pull approach. Ball jumps off bat with backspin abillity.
